but if I ask you do you think HOW one of the most luxurious coffee in this world wide planet produce? not many of you can guess that it comes from an animal digestive system!
yeah, you heard it right! the coffee known as "Kopi luwak" and that animal is Asian palm civet.
it was an interesting subject that taha fakouri and I worked on it a while ago.
Kopi luwak is coffee prepared using coffee beans that have been subjected to ingestion and fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract of the Asian palm civet,
which is called luwak in Indonesia.
we used the civet as the main character and bring him in style while enjoying his cold brew coffee
